The progress I have made on my project is that I have found websites that can show people different workouts, I have learned different workouts and also I have been researching different types of workouts such as burning fat or gaining muscle.
In the next 3 weeks I plan on furthering my progress by finding instructional videos, more workouts and start showing people different supplements and proteins to take. I may also include some vitamins and also on a different note sporting events.
